Selected codes may unlock a complimentary gift with a future eligible purchase, subject to verification and availability.
Glow Tickets are intended to be a playful part of the Zantéa experience and have no cash value.
1. HOW IT WORKS
- Scratch the ticket to reveal your unique code.
- Keep the code safe for your next order.
- Place a new order at zanteaskin.com.
- Add your code in the Order Notes / Comments section at checkout.
- If valid, your gift will be included with your future order.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Glow Tickets are available only while supplies last.
- One code may be redeemed per eligible order.
- Codes are valid only for purchases made through the official Zantéa website.
- A new purchase is required to redeem a gift.
3. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- Codes may only be used once.
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
- Lost, damaged, or unreadable tickets cannot be replaced.
- Zantéa reserves the right to refuse invalid, duplicated, altered, or suspicious codes.
- Gifts are non-transferable and subject to availability.
4. GIFT FULFILMENT
Approved gifts will be shipped together with the qualifying future order.
Zantéa reserves the right to substitute gifts with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
5. MISUSE
We reserve the right to cancel any redemption attempt involving:
- duplicated codes
- manipulated tickets
- resale activity
- abusive or fraudulent behaviour
6. MODIFICATIONS
Zantéa may modify, pause, or end the Glow Ticket programme at any time without prior notice.
Any valid redemptions submitted before termination will still be reviewed fairly.
7. LIABILITY
Glow Tickets are promotional items only.
Zantéa is not responsible for:
- lost or stolen tickets
- technical issues during redemption
- delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties
